Our mission is to develop and educate players to the best of their abilities, ensuring you are getting the most for your investment. Follow these steps to begin receiving the education that your player deserves and has been waiting for.
* This is an opportunity for players who are transferring from one club to another mid-season.

STEP TWO
The second step is to wait for the coaches feedback after your two sessions. If you are a good fit then we will begin working with you on your transfer.

STEP THREE
Once you have received an invitation to join the club and have registered you will begin training and competing in matches with the team, full time. We will also send you uniform information and details on where to purchase your new kits.

The Club Transfer program allows you to make a mid-season transfer from your current club to Eagleclaw FC or Valencia CF Academy. When you transfer and register with us, we will give you a registration credit equal to the amount of the annual registration fee you paid your current club - dollar for dollar. Please note that the credit is based only on the annual registration fee and not any other amounts you paid your current club, whether tournament fees, uniform expenses, league fees, camp/clinic fees, travel expenses or any other amount. Verification of your club's current annual fee and full payment by you will be required.

Director of Methodology
JORDI BURDEUS
The Methodology Department is led by full-time Director of Methodology, Jordi Burdeus, who is based in Valencia, Spain. Jordi is focused exclusively on the education, training and development of our youth players here in Seattle. The Director of Methodology prepares and prescribes educational content and training standards for all VCF, Seattle and Eagleclaw FC coaches, ensuring that all aspects of our player education and development follow and comply with the official Valencia CF Academy framework.
Methodology Coordinator
JP BARAHONA
The Director of Methodology is assisted by our Methodology Coordinator - Juan Pablo (JP) Barahona, who is based in Seattle, Washington. JP provides local coordination and supervision of compliance with Valencia CF methods and standards. He leads our on-the-ground coaching education and ensures daily training is consistent with the core values, structure, and style of play taught at the club in Spain. Transmitting educational content, monitoring the Seattle-based coaching staff’s compliance with established standards and assisting them in understanding and implementing the VCF Methodology.
