Director of Methodology
JORDI BURDEUS
At the heart of this effort is our Director of Methodology, Jordi Burdeus, who is based full-time at Valencia CF in Spain. Jordi plays a critical role in ensuring that all aspects of our player education and development follow and comply with the official Valencia CF Academy framework.
Methodology Coordinator
JP BARAHONA
Working in close collaboration with Jordi is Juan Pablo Barahona, our Methodology Coordinator based in Seattle, who provides local coordination and supervision of compliance with Valencia CF methods and standards. Juan Pablo leads our on-the-ground coaching education and ensures daily training is consistent with the core values, structure, and style of play taught at the club in Spain.
