COACHES PATHWAY
Delivering the highest soccer education in all of Washington.
Our mission is to train and educate Valencia CF Academy, Seattle and Eagleclaw FC coaching staff, ensuring that player education and the clubs training align with the established Valencia CF methodologies.
Coaches at the club will have the opportunity to be selected for an internship in Valenica, Spain at the Academy.
LEVEL 1
Introduction to the Valencia CF Academy identity, training, game idea and player development model.
LEVEL 2
Advanced training on the Valencia CF Academy identity. Access to Level Two requires having successfully completed Level One.
LEVEL 3
Application of the Valencia CF Academy identity. Access to Level Three requires having successfully completed Level Two. Successfully participating in Level Three may provide access to internship opportunities at the Valencia CF Academy in Valencia for selected coaches.​​​
