To the different steps that can be taken, but the fact of inaugurating a Valencia Football Club academy in Seattle, that is the biggest and most significant agreement that can be reached, which is the result of the hard work you mentioned of the previous years. 

• Ramón: Yes, that's right, because being an official Valencia academy has repercussions in every way, right? From how the players are trained, how the coaches work, to operations, marketing, design, communication, we even expect that later this year a high level coach from the academy will come from Valencia to Seattle to work with them, to control and supervise all the work we do from the technical side as well. 

• Víctor: Valencia is proud to continue with this evolution, and with this growth, but you are there in Seattle, what are your feelings, how do you feel about this fixed agreement with Valencia? 

• Ramón: The truth is that we are very excited, because 3 weeks ago we were able to be with them in Paterna, a team from Seattle, and living what it means to be from Valencia Football Club, to be around the family, and as we have said before, the Valencia academy at the end, is to be here, to be close, how these relationships are being worked. We are really very happy and excited to start this new stage.

• Ramón: It is in the area of Tukwila, which is a little south of the major city of Seattle, and it is in the state of Washington, and we are in facilities that are really quite good, at the level we have here, and the facilities are called Starfire, and the truth is that here in these facilities MLS teams like the Seattle Sounders train, so we are going to be in a context of professionalism and quality. 

• Victor: Logically, this awakens in the end, as we were saying before, the interest in a way of working, which is carried out in the Valencia Football Club Academy, and in the end the numbers and data are there, and that is why our academy is considered, Ramón, among the best in the world of soccer.

• Víctor: Buenos días, en tu caso. Que hay una diferencia de 9 horas respecto aquí en España, desde donde te encuentras; podemos decir que es el pistoletazo de salida a la nueva academia del Valencia Club de Fútbol. 

• Ramón: Así es. Buenos días desde Seattle, Víctor, y buenas tardes ahí en Valencia, y como tú dices, sí, hoy es el primer día de esa oficialidad, ¿no? De esa academia de Seattle, y estamos aquí para aportar nuestra ayuda. 

• Víctor: Una más, Ramón. Importante que en el mundo se siga confiando en la metodología y la forma de trabajar del Valencia Club de Fútbol y su academia, para tomar ejemplo y para unir caminos, y así que nuestro club, nuestro escudo esté presente precisamente en diferentes lugares, como en Estados Unidos, donde ya hay otras academias. 

• Ramón: Así es, y ésta en concreto (la academia de Seattle), pues es un ejemplo de confianza, de consolidar pasos cortos, pero que al final a lo largo del camino pues se establecen buenas relaciones y se comprueba que buen trabajo se hace, ¿no? Porque esta academia pues tiene relación con el club desde el 2013, y a pasado por todas las fases, desde sólo campus, después ha pasado a ser en el 2019 a ser un technical partner, y tres años después, ahora empezamos como academia formal. 

• Víctor: Es importante, porque al final hay diferentes formas de establecer una relación por parte del Valencia y su academia, con diferentes escuelas que estén en cualquier punto del mundo. Y has hecho alusión pues precisamente a alguna de ellas, ¿no? A los diferentes pasos que hay, pero el hecho de inaugurar una academia del Valencia Club de Fútbol en Seattle; el acuerdo más grande que se puede alcanzar, uno de los premios a los que has hecho mención, en años previos. 

• Ramón: Sí, así es, porque ser una academia oficial del Valencia repercute en todos los sentidos, ¿no? Desde la parte de marketing, de diseño, de comunicación, incluso esperemos que en breve tiempo pues pueda venir un técnico desde academia, de ahí de Valencia a aquí a Seattle, a trabajar junto con ellos, a controlar, a supervisar todo el trabajo que hacemos desde la parte técnica también. 

• Víctor: Para el Valencia es un orgullo continuar con esta evolución, y con este crecimiento, pero tú que estás ahí en Seattle, ¿qué sensaciones recoges, cómo se encuentran allí con este acuerdo fijo de Valencia? 

• Ramón: La verdad que muy ilusionados, porque hace también 3 semanas pudieron estar en Paterna, un equipo de los de aquí, y viviendo lo que significa ser del Valencia Club de Fútbol, estar alrededor de la familia, y como hemos dicho anteriormente, de la academia del Valencia al final, es entrar, de estar cerquita, de cómo se trabajan esas relaciones. De verdad que muy contentos e ilusionados poder empezar esta nueva etapa. 

• Víctor: Es que tú lo has dicho, es una forma de trabajar, es una identidad y una metodología que gusta, y mucho, y por eso se firman estos acuerdos. 

• Ramón: Sí, porque aquí poco a poco, como hemos dicho, ¿no? Que esta relación ya viene de largo tiempo, ven que da sus frutos constantes; esas reuniones mensuales, periódicas, que tiene con Ciudad Deportiva, cómo nosotros permitimos esa metodología que hacemos en Ciudad Deportiva, y aquí pues tiene sus resultados, poco a poco, y eso es palpable. 

• Víctor: En el día de hoy, empieza la jornada digamos de captación, ¿no? Y por eso, entre otras cosas, tú estás allí presente. 

• Ramón: Sí, así es, desde hoy hasta el último jueves empiezan como se llaman aquí los tryouts, que son las pruebas de acceso a los equipos que formarán parte de la academia, y consistirá pues en que todos los chicos interesados en poder formar parte de la academia, venir a un entrenamiento con los técnicos de aquí de la academia de Seattle y conmigo, y nada, veremos el nivel y el interés que tienen estos chicos y chicas, por formar parte de la academia. 

• Víctor: Decía yo, una más que se suma a la familia, del Valencia Club de Fútbol, del Academy Program, tenemos presencia en Norteamérica, Europa, África, y en Asia. En todo el mundo, prácticamente podemos decir. 

• Ramón: Sí, y estos últimos años hemos crecido y sobre todo que, con la época del Covid, que no ha sido muy beneficiosa, pero aún así pues desde el trabajo remoto, ya que no se puede visitar a estas academias, que aún por no tener esa esfuerza presencial, se está haciendo un buen trabajo, y significa que la familia crece, ¿no? Tanto en número como en calidad, que es importante. 

• Víctor: Estamos diciendo que en Seattle está ubicada esta nueva Academia del Valencia Club de Fútbol, pero en concreto ¿qué zona? 

• Ramón: Está en la zona de Tukwila, que está un poquito al sur de la capital de Seattle, y está en el estado de Washington, y estamos en unas instalaciones que la verdad que son bastante buenas, al nivel que hay aquí, y las instalaciones se llaman Starfire, y la verdad que pues aquí en estas instalaciones mismas entrenan equipos de la MLS como el Seattle Sounders, osea que vamos a estar en un contexto de profesionalismo y de calidad.

• Víctor: Lógicamente, esto despierta al final, como decíamos antes, el interés por una forma de trabajar, que se lleva a acabo en la Academia Valencia Club de Fútbol, y al final los números y los datos están ahí, y por eso nuestra academia está ubicada, Ramón, entre las mejores del mundo del fútbol.

• Ramón: Sí, así es, como bien dices, Valencia tiene muy buen contexto, ¿no?De cómo trabajamos en Ciudad Deportiva, y fruto de esto pues es este tipo de academia en el mundo, y como producto de ello y del resultado, que alguno de esos jugadores de Seattle en concreto, podrán venir este verano incluso a realizar un campus élite, que vamos a realizar en Paterna, y así estrechar de alguna manera más esos lazos de unión entre ambas sociedades.

• Víctor: Supongo que cuando ven el escudo también del Valencia Club de Fútbol por vez primera, eso para ellos, al igual que para nosotros, es un motivo de orgullo.

• Ramón: Sí, aquí soy el primero que tiene ganas de empezar esta tarde los tryouts, pero me imagino, ¿no? La ilusión que va a ver esta tarde por los campos, y que todos puedan llevar el uniforme del Valencia, eso es símbolo de alegría.

• Víctor: Y más con el vínculo que ha existido entre el Valencia Club de Fútbol y la Selección Estadounidense de Soccer, con la presencia de Yunus, de nuestro futbolista.•

• Ramón: Sí, así es, con la visita que tuvieron, lastimosamente por el tema de la final no pudieron tener esa reunión, con Yunus, era uno de nuestros objetivos pero no ser, pero Yunus está ahí, en contacto con ellos, también ha lanzado un video oficial dándoles la bienvenida al club, tenemos ahí la figura que representa, ¿no? A todo el fútbol americano, y cómo no, pueden ver ahí esas opciones reales de poder llegar a ser un jugador del Valencia Club de Fútbol,oun jugador de élite en el fútbol profesional.

• Ramón: Sí, eso lo tienen bien inculcado, en su ADN, ellos la verdad que son muy valientes, o sea, son como parte de la familia. Cuando tuvieron hace tres semanas en Ciudad Deportiva, la verdad que se nota esa relación estrecha, esos valores, ese ADN lo compartimos, mutuamente.

• Víctor: Pues Ramón, que vaya muy bien estos primeros días por Seattle, que es un orgullo para el Valencia Club de Fútbol que nuestra academia siga creciendo, y pues sobre todo que se confíe en ella, en todas partes del mundo. La presencia en Centroamérica, en Estados Unidos, allá estábamos, también en Canadá, por ejemplo ahora la entrenadora del filial del femenino pues estuvo allí trabajando, estuvo Natalia allá también, con esta academia allá en Seattle. Que digan mucho aquello de Amunt Valencia, pero que al final lo importante esos valores del Valencia Club de Fútbol queden impregnados ahí en Seattle, poco a poco vayan creciendo y sean parte de la familia, que es Valencia Club de Fútbol, de acuerdo?
